Daughter of the Water 30-Day Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Items must have all tags and labels still attached.
- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@daughterofthewater.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, please carefully pack the item(s) and ensure the original tags and labels remain attached.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
